Bruce's Candy Kitchen was established by Bruce and Treva Haskell on April 1, 1963. The business was formerly known as Krutchkies Candies, the building was painted with vertical pink and white stripes, one thing that has never changed. In the beginning we made only 7 flavors of saltwater taffy and 10 hand made chocolates. Since then we have expanded to over 20 mouth watering saltwater taffy flavors and 30 delicious chocolate treats. Over the last 45 years we have continued to make and sell our handmade confections exclusively from our Cannon Beach location. Over four generations of our family have participated in the business. We believe strongly in preserving our tradition of creating wonderful candy for all to enjoy.
